"Natalie is a bully. She threatened to remove services several times over perceived slights. I had the clinic close out my file after several Natalie encounters. She literally stomped her feet in the lobby and stormed off to see the director.... this lady literally has no formal training in case work and doesn't respect the clientele at Outreach. If you are going to this clinic, please take an advocate with you; and, don't let your advocate separate from you. Being poor and in need never gives anyone the right to bully you. There are several cash-patient doctors in Hillsborough County. CVS has a cheap clinic, too. I'm moving on, because life is too short for grown bullies like Natalie."
