"Can’t say much about the doctors but their check in system and answering services sucks. When I called @8:20am, I was put on hold for like 7 mins, if you know anything about decent business, that’s too long especially for right when they open. I wanted to see if I need to make an appt to be seen right away ( I have a toddler so wanted to minimize my wait time) she said walk in, no appt necessary. I get there and I waited like 10 mins before I decided to just walk out. There’s no one there to greet you, they hide behind a lil window that’s closed! There was this poor old lady that got there before me and I swear she stood there by the window the entire time without anyone ever acknowledging her. No thanks!I’ll take my business somewhere else!"

"Went in as a walk in for pink eye. The front desk staff was very friendly. Short wait time and Dr. Venable was very helpful. My RX was ready as soon as I walked out the door!"

"My husband has been going here for a few years. Every time, they give him problems. First of all, you ALWAYS wait whether you have an appointment or not. Secondly, they are only there for the money. They will order tests, blood work, allergy testing, scans, etc when that's not even the reason you're there. They don't take care of refill requests at all. You can give them 5 days and it won't be done. They claim you have to be seen by them several times a year just for one medication. They don't care about their patients and they're ignorant when it comes to medical care. They should be shut down!"

"FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO FOR YOUR MEDICAL CARE! I found this place through my insurance. Called my insurance to confirm the copay amount. Called the doctor's office to confirm they took my insurance. Made an appointment for 2 new patients (my husband and myself). We waited about an hour before we were seen. We were both done in a half hour, total. A week or so later, we were billed about $300 each. For a new patient visit. They didn't even do blood work, just asked us a bunch of questions. So I asked them for an itemized receipt and was told they have to mail it. 2 months later, I finally get one, after a number of phone calls. I contact my insurance and was told the office billed it incorrectly. I still can't get anyone to return a call to me about it. I had to file the claim myself. In the interim, my husband went there for a Worker's Comp visit and the male doctor was rude and didn't seem to understand the paperwork. I was seen for a Well Woman visit and the Nurse Practitioner was very nice, but they billed my insurance incorrectly. I had to contact the lab and fix it myself. I will NEVER return to this place for care. You are better off without the headache. Find a different doctor!"
