"I am forever grateful for Dr. Schurr as I believe he may have saved my life. I had been misdiagnosed for a couple years by another doctor. On my first visit, he actually listened to all my symptoms. He sat there for a few minutes, asked me if I'd ever had a certain test and told him no. No other doctor has thought of this. And his hunch was correct, blood work came back that he was right. He figured out in one visit, what years of doctors haven't been able to. I would recommend him to anyone. He's the best doctor I've found in ten years of living here in Florida."

"If I could give zero stars I would. This office is so incompetent and has wasted my time! I had an appointment scheduled for 9:15 on the only day off I had. I arrived on time and when they called my name they said I was 15 minutes late. I asked what they meant and they said that my appointment was 9 and I'm outside of the 15 minute grace period for being late so they would have to reschedule my appointment. I told them that I got a confirmation email that my appointment was 9:15 and I even show them the email and they said it didn't matter because their records showed 9. I told them that this was the only time I could see the doctor and that I will be traveling for business for the next 2 months but they refused to compromise. I told them that I felt like they're punishing me and it's not even my fault. They said that I'm not being punished but that I would just have to reschedule and that was the only option. I told them I would no longer be a patient of theirs and stormed out. No one tried to reach out to me to confirm what happened or apologize for their error."

"Revising my review and making it 5 stars because Doctor Schurr definitely deserves it. Why should I take 2 stars for a bad receptionist ( who was not even there to bother us on our recent visit lol) because what matters for us is a good doctor. Excellent doctor, cares for you like a friend and won’t ask you for un-necessary procedures and goes out of way to provide care for you. We are really lucky to find him !!! Old review: Went there as a new patient. Dr is very good and listens to your concerns and gives enough time. Nurse inside was also wonderful and very caring. The lady at the reception Diane could be better and nice to patients. She is full of attitude. We went there 3 times till now and felt that every time and my wife felt the same, just because of her taking 2 stars away."

"The absolute best doctor I've ever had by far. Do you ever get sick of doctor's offices triple booking their patients every 15 minutes & 2 to 3-hour waits when you get there? Dr. Schurr spaces his appointments every 30-minutes. He does not bow down or lower his high standard or compromise patient treatment to the pressures of big Mega Giant Medical Groups or the insurance companies and the staff is absolutely amazing. You can tell that they like what they do and that you're not just a number. There's plenty of times where he will stop taking on new patients just because he doesn't want to sacrifice quality over quantity just to make more money. I found them by accident because they were on my list when I switched insurance and they were local but boy did I luck out! He reminds me of a doctor that's from the olden days that really cares and will order whatever test necessary to make sure that you are taken care of, not the insurance companies. I'm not against insurance companies, I'm an insurance agent but I know the pressures that many doctors are under to remain in business. I highly reccomend Dr Schurr as one of the best doctors that i've ever seen."

"The staff is nice, dr schurr seems like a great physican. However, when you experience phobias or any type of restrictions to prevent treatment for issues that affect you on a day to day basis the staff is very inexperienced when treating patients. For example, I have an extreme phobia of needles to prevent lab work from being completed, the staff will take their time, but give up in 2nd or 3rd attempt and deny you treatment even with an appointment. They recommended to see a psychiatrist, I did for the phobia and the psychiatrist said there was nothing he can do and said I need neurological treatment and prescribed a medication that would make the lab bareable to get the lab work down. When explaining what the specialist said, they completely denied service. It wasn't the dr who denied service, but the staff. So be warned about that when choosing this medical practice that they don't accommodate issues that may be needed to get treatment for the issues you experience which is a priority even if the patient stresses they want to get it done"
