"WORST SERVICE EVER. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AN AUTHORIZATION TO SEE SPECIALIST. I HAVE BEEN CALLING THE OFFICE FOR A MONTH NOW AND THE REFERRAL COORDINATOR IS NEVER THERE. EXPLAINED ISSUE TO FRONT DESK AND THEIR ANSWER WAS A PLAIN "YOU DONT HAVE TO TELL ME IM JUST THE FRONT DESK PERSON""

"5 stars for Dr Guevara to whom I followed here all the way from winter springs...a NEGATIVE 5 STARS for the office staff at this location!!! I've had multiple emotional breakdowns this year from the poor service I've been given when it concerns someone getting the authorizations for specialist and procedures. Each time the process takes weeks to months and MANY MANY phone calls. Yet, almost every time this year the day before an appointment I'll get that call saying that this office did not get the approval and I have to reschedule again. EVERY TIME. What in the world is going on at this location?? I never had these issues last year at the winter springs location. To whom at Optum can I escalate this ongoing issue to? I've already put in a grievance with my issuance provider in concerns with this office. Again, I love the doctor but I'm about to find a new one over this. Not worth it."

"Went to the doctor today and we got everything worked out. I got my refills. It was not the doctor's fault, it was actually the pharmacist fault!!! I just wanted to apologise to Dr. Kamyab and her staff for the bad review."
