"I had my moles removed from my face today and had a very pleasant experience. Angie, the nurse, was friendly and Dr. Lateef was very wonderful. He explained what could be done for my moles in a very easy to understand manner, and everything was done very quickly. The procedure was done hassle free, and I am very thankful for their work. I had my face moles all my life and was always self conscious of them. THANK YOU SO MUCH!"

"Absolute Garbage. Lateef just gets you out of the room in seconds. No clear communication to staff. Doctor sure as hell doesnt talk to the staff. There is no disemination of information, multiple charts for patient data so your info never lines up, and you have to talk to 3 different people because they have innacurate informaiton. I had to call because they just wouldnt send the perscription to the pharmacy. And the techs onsite did not know anything the doctor said and i had to repeat the instrucitons to the tech. They do not call when lab results are ready. This is one of the worst functining logistics of a docrots office tht i have seen. Staff will hang up to get you off the phone to deal with the next pateint. Its an assembly line health care clinic. I do not recommend this doctor or clinic."

"They seem to be making fraud claims by providing wrong information to a patient. I was double charged for a visit for 2 different days. The doctor very well said that the 2nd one won’t be counted as a visit but their billing team filed a visit claim to my insurance hoping the patient doesn’t notice it. Be careful about your claims and payment and pay extra attention."

"I've been going here for about 6 months with no problems whatsoever. However, yesterday changed that. I was waiting for the PA and her assistant to return, when one of the office staff came in my room. Mind you, I was partially undressed. Told me that I have a deductible to meet( I have co-pays) and that I have to pay the deductible first before they can continue on, and they didnt catch it the last time .First, I have a co-pay; I made sure I got the best insurance my company offered due to having a deductible and a back surgery a few years ago. Second, why couldn't she wait until I checked out? What was I going to do, run out the door? I myself worked in a doctors office, and I never went in an exam room to collect money from a patient. If there was an additional fee, we waited until the visit was over, then collected whatever needed to be collected. So, that experience soured my opinion. It's a shame."

"Wonderful place. I had my first visit today And my appointment was quick. The wait was short and the procedure was quick and painless for me. The doctor was great at explaining everything to me and made me comfortable even though I was nervous. I would highly recommend and will be coming back in the future."
