"I had an appointment there at 7:30am. They left a voicemail asking for me to show up 10 to 15 min early. I arrive early the lights were off and the door was locked. They didn’t open the door till 7:35pm. They threw me in a room. I was left there alone till 8:10am. I was alone in the room for about 35 minutes. I didn’t have the time to wait more for the doctor. I had to leave without anyone looking at me because I had to go to work. The worse part not a single person went in the room to give me an update. I will never go back to that place."

"Avoid at all costs! I was a new patient and went in for a first visit so I could keep up with my blood pressure medicine that also regulates my somewhat irregular heart beat. I am required to get a 3 month prescription per my insurance on regular medication (caremark). The visit was rocky to say the least but I got my medicine and moved on thinking I was over thinking the visit. I called them recently to get a refill and was told that I had to wait 24 to 48 to even get approved for the refill. After waiting and becoming very low on my medicine, a one month script was called in for me. It got rejected because of the 3 month rule and I reached back out to the office. I was told that the doctor was requiring to see me for a visit before I could be prescribed the medicine. So I can get a one month but not a 3 month!?! I work retail and have a very erratic schedule, one that would prevent me from being able to visit the office for over a week! I have never had this happen at my other doctors and am taken back about how hard they made it to get a medicine, one that if not taken could take my life! Their solution was for me to stop in and take a sample to get me through till I could manage a visit... If I could make it there, don't they think I would get my check up? This Place is a joke!!! Avoid Avoid Avoid!"
