"I was so impressed with Dr Martinez and the way he listened to me but so appalled by the way I was treated by the office staff here. When I made my initial appointment they told me they were in network with my insurance. After 2 appointments I received a bill that said the insurance paid nothing. I called earlier this week to ask why the insurance didn't cover it. I was told by the billing department that they were in network, but the insurance says they're out of network, so I owed $150 for my first appointment and $100 for my second. I asked what that even meant and how they were in network but also out of network and was told they would look into it and call me back, but I could keep my upcoming appointment. The next day, I received a text stating that my appointment had been cancelled. Since I had tried to reschedule the previous day and was told there was no availability for 2 months, I was concerned so I called the office. They told me that they cancelled because of my outstanding balance and that if I paid half I could keep the appointment. They then told me that I owed $665! I asked how that could be, since yesterday I owed $250 and they said that billing would call me to talk to me about it and then I could call back to reschedule the appointment. I said no, I really wanted the appointment and would like to keep it until billing called me. They said that wasn't an option. At this point I told them I'd pay what I needed to keep the appointment because my health has been declining, just please let me keep my appointment! At this point in time another woman (I assume the office manager) got on the line and told me that there were patients who needed to be seen and I needed to wait for billing to call me. I said, "I'm a patient too!" and she just hung up on me. It has now been 2 days, I haven't heard from billing, and I have been unable to reach the office, as they just leave my calls to ring. It's so dehumanizing and demoralizing to finally find a doctor who listens and takes me seriously, only to be completely dismissed and ignored by the office staff. I'm not sure how my bill tripled overnight but something doesn't add up with this practice."

"Dr. Martinez is amazing, just the way he talks to you make you feel better, I know it sounds may be stupid but it's the truth. So care, so professional, I had the best feeling seeing this doctor and I just saw him for the first time today, definitely coming back. Thank you for listening and planning to make me feel better the best you can, hopefully soon. Great staff, so kind everybody so professional and dedicated."

For months I’ve been battling with chronic pains previously went to a rheumatologist who spent only 30 seconds in the room with me, dismissed me and misdiagnosed me. From the moment you walk into this office you are handled with so much care. Everyone is so kind and always with a smile. Dr. Andrea, Dr. Mejia her husband, and staff have always taken the time to listen to me and answer all of my questions and concerns. They ran all proper tests and I am finally starting a treatment. I’m so hopeful for my recovery knowing that I’m in good hands. My husband and I have so much fun every time we go always laughing and having regular conversations with everyone. You feel like family not a number. Truly cannot say enough good things. Highly recommend to everyone!"
