"Amazing E.R. Dr.Tak and nurse Naimah saw my son age 10 within 2 minutes of getting here, took a chest XRay , COVID test and Strep Test within a 15 minutes time frame, Registration already entered my information and we are just waiting on results and instructions now. Advent ER takes All Insurance and I can't say enough on the staff friendlyness. This is my new go to for All Emergency visits and 5 minutes from home. Thank you for caring about the patient priority here."
"We had to take our 8 month old to the emergency department during our recent vacation to Walt Disney World. Quite a scary experience being a Canadian with no travel insurance, but the staff at Palm Parkway made us feel so safe and cared for. The doctors and nurses were kind, helpful, understanding and resolved our sons issue quickly. Overall, it was a great experience and would definitely choose to take my kids or myself there on future trips to WDW. Huge shoutout to their shuttle bus driver as well- he made sure we got back to our hotel safely even though it was past the time the shuttle was supposed to run. A great service and a very kind driver!"

"I love Advent health I really do. But people check your bills for UNNECESSARY testing. I was charged for a blood pregnancy test after confirming I don’t have those organs anymore. So be careful of them adding test that you don’t need to just collect from your health insurance money. This has happened twice now!!!!!!"
"The staff was so welcoming and making you feel so comfortable. I seen a nurse first who did all my info then shortly after a Dr came in and talked to me if what was wrong . I was in and out of the clinic in just over an hour. I would recommend the clinic to everyone . Thanks you to all the staff at AdventHealth Palm Parkway ER"
