He put me in a boot and it made my day. Sandy helped me through the registering process. They were truly professional, and caring. Highly recommend."

"My appointment went very well, I was actually in to see the doctor before my scheduled time. Dr.McDonald was very engaging. He listened, asked questions and explained very well. My only problem was actually making the appointment. The new patient staff wouldn’t call me back to figure out my insurance. I basically called very day for weeks and left messages. Once in a while someone would call me back but that person never followed through. Once I finally got someone to talk to me I was able to make the appointment. If I hadn’t been persistent I would never had been able to see the doctor. The staff in the office were able to figure out how to run my insurance. Hopefully that is behind me."

I had some issues with my insurance and they called to fix it and I was able to keep my appointment with doctor McDonald. I am also happy for their availability as I get an appointment for two days later. They attended us super fast and we didn’t to wait. They gave me all paper works that I needed for my school too.
