"i was referred to this clinic , i been battling with emotional distress caused by bullying and harassment in my workplace which lead me to major deppression. i started talking on video call with Dr Burgunder, she put me on meds for a month, they scheduled few appts with a therapist, but kept on rescheduling, because they kept on leaving, i never had a single session of therapy, and after a month, i was told that dr Patricia B. left, and they could not keep providing services to me. the last time i had to call to them to schedule an appt, when i run out of medication, i beg for help since i was having a crisis, they sent the sheriff to my home who took me to a behavioral center ( the worst place i ever been in my life), after a week i was discharged they refuse to make any appts and referred me to Aspire, who told me i had to be put on waiting list in order to start getting help. this place is a joke, no wonder why lots of people are commiting suicide, the people who are supposed to be there when we need them the most, are the first ones who turn their backs to us . this place doesn't care about no one facing a mental crisis, they close their doors to you without explanation and on your own. this place lacks of professionalism and empathy ."

"What a disgusting liar you are Julie Bilisky. Being an "expert" in the psych field you should really dig deep down and figure out why you can't just be honest and tell the facts of a situation. If we can't trust you to tell the truth on such a simple situation, why should we as taxpayers trust you to take care of the public in need?"

"Went through the whole process, they set up an appointment with someone that was leaving. They "rescheduled" Me. No link, no confirmation and no phone call. I've been trying to get through all week, no returned voicemails and always straight to voice-mail. Never a human answering or calling back. I guess I was "accidentally" lost."

"Guys, idk how this Clinic is only 1 star. I'm going to describe my experience below - I realize this may not be the experience for others: After losing healthcare and battling unemployment I was at my wits end. I was referred here from another clinic and I feel very blessed to have found it. Yes, it took like 3 months to even get the initial meeting. They had my wrong phone number from the other clinic. I had to call a couple times to confirm if I was getting an appointment. I'm pretty sure they forgot about me during intake lol. Then the appointment was a month and a half out. Sometimes the phone lines can be unreliable but they do try their best. My complaints end there. From my initial appointment, I had my another diagnostic the following week and treatment continued from there. Treatment that I hadn't had access to in nearly a decade. Not only was the Doctor I met, Patricia Burgunder, understanding - but she is an expert and professional. She has helped me with so many things and in a careful/measured/safe way. I feel in extremely good hands and I finally have hope for my well-being and access to the medication I need. Things are finally looking up. Thank you, Patricia."

"I have tried on 3 separate occasions to obtain care for a family member. I originally called on approximately 4/16 and completed an intake interview with my family member present. We were told that someone would review the information and call us back within 24 hours. No one ever called back. I called again on 5/11 and went through the entire process a second time. Was told I’d receive a call by 2:00pm on 5/12. On 5/12 when I hadn’t heard anything by 4pm I called a third time and was told that there was no evidence of any of my previous calls. I conducted a THIRD intake interview, expressed my concern with the process and was promised a call by the next day. Here we are, 7 days later and yet AGAIN, no call back. I have wasted a MONTH that could have been spent actually working with someone who was able to assist us. This office is disorganized to the point of negligence. It may be for the best that no one called back; if this is the standard of care, he’ll be better off without it. Run far away from this place."
