"Awesome place. First off I need to say that I chose to spend money with them when insurance told me I had to go somewhere else to get free glasses. The service here was better. The glasses selection was better than a place I went to in Destin. The two stores didn’t even compare. When I was picking which glasses to get Odonnelle eye was sooo much more helpful. They even had a rep there who helped show me glasses and the correct sizing for my face, along with the store manager. No one did that at the other place that was supposed to be free with my insurance. The doctor even helped make sure that the glasses were set right with my eyes so the lenses would work well. They did a great job on the exam. The doctor even took time to listen to some things I had been going through to help me figure out if I needed glasses or not. She was patient and kind. The customer service was amazing. I also bought some sunglasses as well. I highly recommend this place. They are kind. The front desk manager is so helpful. If anything is off they fix it right away. No waiting either. I love this place. Can’t say enough good things"

"We recently moved in the area and I was looking for a new optometrist. Both my daughter and I wear glasses and contacts. I looked online and found O’Donnell Eye Institute, with lots of great reviews and useful feedback. Their website has lots of educational information, too. That kind of swayed me towards calling them. I’m glad I did because they could get me in within a couple of days! My prescription was due for sure. The whole atmosphere is very bright and light in the place, it’s very clean and nicely laid out. Dr. Lan was awesome! Very friendly and she was knowledgeable. I learned a couple of things about my vision health and we fitted me for contacts. They whole visit was pleasant. I would highly recommend them. Their staff is great too, if you need to reschedule or discuss the details of your appointment, they are always ready to help. Oh and there’s a great selection of polarized sunglasses too, so you can protect your eyes from the bright sun while fishing or hanging out at the beach."
