"The support staff was pleasant. However, Dr. Bookout was very rude, short and dismissive. He had no interest in hearing from me as the patient. Any statement I made or question I asked was quickly dismissed or talked down to. It was so bad I literally asked the nurse is he always this rude and dismissive. If I weren’t in so much pain I would’ve walked out during my appointment!! I will not return and don’t recommend for anyone."
