"It was ok. The nurse was very thorough. When the doctor came in I felt rushed and didn't tell him the reason I was there. He did send me for blood work and a cat scan. I haven't heard anything back yet on those tests."

They had a full waiting room and I was left waiting for over a hour for a 2 minute conversation with the doctor and a short interview with a PA on procedure. "Went to the office on Old Camp Road in The Villages. Already had my paperwork filled out as I found it online (They really should tell patients they can fill the paperwork online instead of being handed so many pages to he filled out while in the waiting room). When I walked in, I was shocked to see so many people waiting. There weren’t even enough chairs for everyone. Some people were actually waiting outside in 90 degree + weather. I handed in my paperwork and also my referral form indicating what I needed done and why I was there. I asked if there was more than one doctor to see all these patients and the girl at the desk said there were 2 doctors in. Anyway, I was called in only to get my blood pressure taken and also to ask the same questions that I had already answered on the paperwork I handed in. Went back in the waiting room and waited and waited and waited. Then a patient came out after he had seen the doctor and he said “good luck…. I’ve been here 2 1/2 hours”. That’s when I went to the desk and asked for my paperwork back and I wasn’t waiting for hours to be seen. (BTW…… the desk said that office is always that busy. Maybe they shouldn’t schedule so many people at once.). They gave me my paperwork back and what baffled me is the girl at the desk had to get my referral out of the garbage can…. WHAT? I will not be going back to that office. Maybe their other offices are run better but I’m not even going to try. I sought out another doctor."
