"I went in for what I suspected to be Blepheratis (eye condition) the doctor scoffed at my suggestion, despite hardly even glancing at my eye and ver confidently determined that I was having an allergic reaction to something I ate, despite my assurance that I don’t have any food allergies. She explained that she gets a small rash on her finger when she eats quinoa, so she’s sure that’s also what is happening to me.. The treatment she prescribed didn’t help whatsoever and I eventually went to a different doctor who told me this was a clear case of Blepheratis and provided me with treatment which actually helped. I called True Walk-In Clinic twice, explaining my frustrations for wasting my time/money and was promised that the office manager would call me back but I’ve obviously never received that call. I should have known better to return to this office, seeing how I previously went in several months prior with painful mastitis and the same doctor shamed me several times during the appointment for wanting to discontinue breast feeding. Never again."

"I have a prescription for high blood pressure I’ve been taking for approximately ten years and went to this office to update my info and renew my prescription. I mistakenly ran out prior to going out of town and asked could they prescribe 5 or 10 in the short term until I returned and could visit their office. The answer was no and I received some generic lie as to why they couldn’t when the real answer is, it’s all about money! It isn’t like I’m asking for some type of narcotic or something detrimental to my health. Like many doctor’s offices the insistence that you come in every ninety days so they can check your health is garbage. In reality it’s I need you to come in every ninety days so I can keep up the payments on my BMW and my ridiculously expensive home. The appointment generally lasts about five minutes with mundane conversation about nothing and they write a prescription and act like they just gave you some life saving care. This is exactly why telemedicine is becoming more popular and antiquated practices of returning repeatedly to physicians for the same reasons are not! I’ll spend my hard earned money elsewhere! Update 8/20/23 Thank you for your response and it is terribly flawed. My original visit I stated I wanted to make this office my primary caregiver and I also reiterated that on the phone on 6/16. The fact you didn’t mention that in your response speaks volumes of how well you and your staff pay attention to client’s needs. Secondly the staff was more concerned with me signing up for a yearly program that would cost over a thousand dollars than they were with my health issues. As I stated in the original review I will spend my money with caregivers that are more deserving. Wishing you all well in your future endeavors."

"Went in for a rapid COVID test during lunch on a weekday and luckily no wait. Mrs Kajalben Patel greeted me and kindly addressed my concerns in a timely manner. She mentioned they recently opened (very clean and new) and also, offer primary care options. Super convenient and friendly."
