"I got Dropped as a patient when I complained got frustrated and wouldn't accept poor treatment from the people on the phone. Admittedly I did drop an F bomb when I said I need my F'ing Ozempic but apparently all the staff goes to church 3 days a week and have never gotten frustrated and dropped an F bomb . So beware if you complain you'll be dropped"
