"I was referred here by neurologist. I called to make my appointment left message and someone did call me back promptly to schedule. In my conversation I asked about insurance. She asked me who I had and told her my insurance. She insured me I was covered and just my copay of $35.00 would be due. This office is a 40 min drive and I went as scheduled to find out not covered by my insurance. It was out of Network I told her when I called to scheduled I asked about insurance and was assured I was covered. She double checked and came back and said no. So I left. These people need to be trained much better and check on insurance. Not only to save the patient time and aggravation but they wouldn’t be wasting their time as well. Very disappointed would not recommend."
