"Man answers the phone very unprofessional - makes you not want to do business ****Update**** Was contacted by, a “man” in regards to this review I left. All I wanted was more information in obtaining a drivers license for a loved one. He ignored my question told me he didn’t give no attitude MEANWHILE GIVING ATTITUDE. This just demonstrates the poor customer service established in this business."

"I had the most horrible experience this morning with the receptionist Yenela. She was rude and very unprofessional. She did not let me speak and hung up the phone on me twice. She treated my husband the client as a child and very sarcastically asking for his immigration papers which she failed to disclose to me when I made the appointment that I had to bring. I then confronted her and she begins to get defensive and hangs up on me multiple times. People should not be treated like this I asked for someone to speak to in English and she hanged up on me. Tried asking for her manager and she would not give me owners name. This woman is very unprofessional and I am amazed they would have such poor customer service at a front desk which represents the reputation and your company I would really rethink having a person like this in your front desk."
"As excellent as an experience as I could have asked for! I came here to take my Class E driving test, and the examiner and staff was super friendly. When you think about a driving test, you expect it to be awkward and filled with anxiety, but this place made it way better! Staff speaks both English and Spanish, so I don't understand other reviews claiming they don't. I took my test and passed easily plus was given tips by the examiner. I recommend Caribe Traffic School to anyone that wants a good experience for obtaining your license! 5 stars!"
