"Normally these folks are really good and the one star is not a reflection of the people that work there but their radiologist and inability to send over digital imaging to UF Shands Urology. I had an xray done for kidney stones. The nurse practitioner showed me the three kidney stones on the screen. However, when I got the radiologist report, the radiologist refused to acknowledge in the report that I had kidney stones. When my referral went over to UF Shands I could not schedule an appointment with the report because the report did not make mention of the stones. Now here is the other rub. OneStop does not have the technical ability to digitally send over the file to UF. I find that with this day and age, an urgent care facility is irresponsible if they do not own or have the software to send over critical files to another healthcare facility. So now, I either have to spend $10 in gas and two hours of my time to pick up the disk from OneSpot and take it over to UF Urology OR wait for OneSpot to mail me the disk and then for me to mail the disk to UF. I would say go somewhere else if you need any imaging done with an accurate radiology report that can be sent digitally to another healthcare facility. 02/05/2024 In response to OneStop reply concerning UF not being able to accept digital imaging other than from other UF facilities. That appears to be untrue as other non-UF facilities have successfully sent imaging electronically to UF and other non-UF facilities. Only being able to tell if a person has a kidney stone through a CT scan is untrue as well. It is a well known fact that x-rays are very good at detecting kidney stones. Some of the statements made in my original review, such as your radiologist's unwillingness to report kidney stones on an X-ray, were made and conveyed to me by OneStop staff. I did not pull my statements out of thin air."

"I came in for blood work concerned about the health of my heart paid out of pocket and I told them I work on the road and couldn't get back for a couple weeks came in 1 day late past my appointment and tried to reschedule being as I was going back out on the road to Texas to work for 3 more weeks and told them I only had 4 days home to get my blood work read to me and asked if they had anybody there that could read my results to find out if there was any immediate health issues going on that I may need to be made aware of and they said that's what appointments are for...I told them to email me my results and I'll find another doctor to read them. This was supposed to be my first meeting with a primary care physician and I sure am glad I didn't meet with him because I don't think this is the type of personal care I'm looking for."

"I used Onestop Medical Walk-in in Alachua for conjunctivitis. The staff were pleasant enough, however, for reasons I can't possibly comprehend, they did not accept our AvMed health insurance, so we had to pay $99.00 for the visit. In a tight spot, we paid it, but never again. Finally, I was brought back, and placed in a room in which I waited 45 minutes to be seen by a nurse practitioner; none of which I particularly minded. What I did mind, however, was that when I called back days later to explain the antibiotic eye drops were not eliminating symptoms, I was told I would need to come back in for reevaluation. When asked if we would have to pay the $99.00 again, the receptionist said we would. What kind of racket are you people running here?"

"I have been here twice. Once for my child and once for myself. Both times were great experiences. Staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I know there were two people ahead of me but I was seen surprisingly quick. The Dr was kind and knowledgeable. I left both times very impressed."
