"I have a chronic issue from a previous accident that requires regular chiropractic care. I've been to my fair share of chiropractors over the years so I feel as though I have plenty of experience to base my review on. Let me start by saying the staff is great. Always friendly and attentive. Dr Herrera is also great and his adjustments work very well for me. The reason for 3 out of 5 stars is because every time I arrive for my appointment the waiting room is full and I never get in at my appointment time. Last visit I sat and waited for 30 min past my appointment time before even getting taken to the back. In my experience this is not normal at a chiropractor office. If the office cant stay on schedule then they need to adjust the amount of time they set aside per adjustment so patients can get in and out in a timely manner. They also informed me that if you cancel a appointment the same day you will be charged a fee. If the office's time is worth money so is my time as a patient. **UPFATE** after leaving this review the office reached out to me to apologize for my long wait in the waiting room. That shows me that they genuinely care about patient experience. Hopefully things are better moving forward."
