"Nancy H was very rude and racially profiled me and my mom, she tried telling us that my mom couldn’t come into the doctors with me when i am a minor and tried making the secure our names are different when we have the same last name. she also said we were 10 minutes late and that we had to get another appointment when we were only 9 minutes late i know that’s a stretch but the requirement is 10 days Nancy H"
