"My two babies had an appointment and unfortunately I forgot one of there Medicaid cards so I told her I would reschedule his and to just keep the others appointment. They called him back and was like we are only taking pictures so you can come back and he will be fine for a few seconds so we get done with that and we go back to the waiting room well when they finally call him back we go to go back and I tell them to come on and she gets rude with me and says it's only one person and patience to come back and I was like so my 4 year old has to wait in the waiting room by himself for God knows how long and she said yes so I was like cancel my appointment and I'll find a new eye doctor"
"The doctor is rude won't answer questions and when i asked a question he told me that my job was to sit in the corner and not say anything that the appointment was between him and my 5 year old!!!! I will be finding a new eye doctor for my kids asap"
"The only complaint I have is that when I picked up my eye glasses, all I was asked is "do they fit?" They didn't check to see if the glasses needed any kind of adjustment. I wasn't asked to read anything to make sure I could read or see out of them correctly. I have always, always, even at Walmart, been asked to read something out of the new pair of glasses and the glasses were checked to be sure no adjustments needed to be made."
