"I am absolutely disappointed. I booked a session with a friend group and painting with a twist (I spoke with P) went out of their way to cancel their reservation all because their website glitched and said it was going to be a dog painting and it happened to be a tree so my friend was confused but never asked for a refund. painting with a twist just gave her store credit assuming she wanted to cancel because she was confused and P then told me that they can’t give me store or cancel my reservation and they would advise me to come or forfeit my money. This is not fair because my friend is from out of town and will not be able to use credit and I booked a session to come with them .Communication between both me and P and P and my friend was all over the place and different things were said . Beyond disappointed. And completely unsatisfied. I would recommend calling to clarify before spending your money because everything just seemed so unorganized. The website says one thing but the people say another. Ridiculous. She NEVER said she wanted to cancel and there is proof in the email. You guys responded the day of asking if she wanted a refund . She never replied and y’all refunded anyway. She even called to figure out if she still had seats because she saw y’all refunded her without her saying ."

"WOW! Our first time doing any sort of painting outing and we can’t say enough amazing things about our experience and this Altamonte location! My brother and I brought my mom here for her birthday and it was an evening well spent. Krystle was our host / instructor and she was PHENOMENAL! So fun, patient, and engaging. She took her time to help us and made it so fun. We can’t wait to come back!"
