"I believe a lot of these reviews are NOT about the Physical Therapy center north of 75 on University. People don’t take time to figure out exactly what they’re reviewing. THAT SAID: I have had nothing but an OUTSTANDING experience at CC, Parkland PT - from the really friendly front office to the PT staff itself. I am truly thankful for all of them. Two weeks into core strength and motor skills training for my lower back pain and I am in a completely different world in terms of relative painlessness and increased mobility. Every step of the process has been motivating and, most importantly, educational. I always get all of the exercises sent directly to my app so I can work at home. The feedback I received from Yvette at my initial evaluation was humbling, but motivating. Since then, I’ve worked with several other therapists, all of whom have clearly read my charts and know exactly what I need to do next to heal. I’m virtually pain free and far more flexible after only two weeks of working with them and on my own. I want to say thanks to Yvette, Peyton, Sally, and James (in no particular order) for EACH being professional and personable therapists as they helped me, literally, get back on my feet again. Really grateful for this highly professional clinic!"

"Staff hide behind MyChart rather than speaking to patients directly, and are unhelpful in resolving small problems that could be solved in 30 seconds on the phone, sometimes designating that patients cannot even respond to a message on MyChart, thus shutting down any communication. For example, rather than explaining how to upload test results in a PDF from a third party, they propose that the patient should drive to an office an hour away to "drop them off" in a message to which no reply is possible. A later phone call which involved holding for nearly ten minutes before staff answer confirmed that they could be dropped of at a closer office. In this and other ways, they are wasteful of patients' time and good will, and provoke reviews like this one."

"Don’t even waste your time here. Had a first visit with blood work done then made a second appointment, a video visit waited for two hours on zoom only to find out that it’s closed and I was charged for the copay. No one followed up I had to call numerous times, no explanation was given. I was processed a refund no apologies and still no explanation only received attitude and impatience while trying to explain the situation to billing department. Follow the other reviews and just choose another provider."

"Very bad experience. Front desk staff is amazing, but how everything works inside is discouraging. Went for a minor health issue, but previously wrote them a message to make sure I could get the issue solved there. Got a vague answer and not from the provider I wrote to. Once I got to my appointment with the provider she told me they couldn’t help me (??!!!). After sending a message that asked exactly that. I have a new born at home and I wasted one hour+ of my time. This is unfair! Won’t go back for sure."
