"Went in for a cup of coffee as I waited in the lobby. Greeted with “your order will take 20+ minutes” without even finding out that I only wanted a cup of coffee. Lady working may be nice, but an instant 18% gratuity plus 9% tax made a 8 oz cup of coffee cost 5 bucks? Not worth it"
