WOK TO WALK Miami Beach

"RIP OFF! Very expensive to begin with and without telling you (it’s only in fine print on the tiny postcard-sized paper menu next to the register that no one looks at), they add 18% tip, for no service (order/pickup at the counter like any fast food joint), then their credit card machine asks if you want to add a tip, before you’ve seen the receipt with tip already included. They don’t accept cash. And they charge 3.5% credit card fee, again without telling you. The staff are rude and arrogant. I needed to use the restroom before ordering, and one of the employees behind the counter chased me down and yelled at me that bathrooms are only for customers and I needed a code from a receipt. I will never go again and I recommend you run, don’t walk away from this scam."

"Turned on my radio around lunch time and heard about Wok to Walk on 93.5 FM. Decided to give this place a shot. The atmosphere is great and the food is amazing. Tiago was able to answer my questions right away and was a great help. He explained everything to me which made the experience that much more enjoyable. There's only 3 steps in choosing your meal. Choose your base, choose your protein and then choose your sauce. The food is bursting with flavor and it sits very easy on the stomach. No MSG and the sauces are made in house so no GMO ingredients. They also use cage free eggs. You get the option of chopsticks or silverware. I tried their Watermelonade also and it's great. It's not too sweet and it has a very level balance flavour to it. Something I could drink all day. A great experience overall and I recommend giving this place a try. You won't be disappointed."

I’m pregnant and very picky with food I eat, but he made sure my requests are made. He made sure I’m happy and satisfied with my order. He even gave me a Wok to Walk bag. Very nice person! The food is very fresh, the establishment is very clean, the staff is very friendly and the prices are very good for the amount of food you get being in the Miami Beach area. My first time eating at Wok to Walk was in Barcelona, then I found out they had a location in Miami Beach and was super excited to eat it again. Worth it! Best noodles and freshest in town!"
