"Oxtail and Roasted Chicken Review I was very excited to try the oxtail based on the rave reviews. Unfortunately, they fell short. One piece melted in my mouth. The rest of the pieces were tough and chewy. I had to add hot sauce to enhance the flavor. I've had oxtails in Jamaica and have a point of reference. If they are good, theres no need to add any spices. These are not worth the price. The roasted chicken portion is small but had good flavor. The black beans were bland and forgettable. The service was great. They were attentive. I would definitely try another dish at this place."

"Very popular restaurant in south beach. I was in doubt if it would live up to its reputation. The food is fantastic, oxtail stew is the best I’ve had. Seafood platter and soursop milkshake are both very good. Their bread is also very crispy and rich with flavors. Highly recommended"

"Absolutely brilliant food. We ate at the counter for a shorter wait time. The dishes here are national class. Sublime taste, texture, and depth. Even the table bread is very fresh and fantastic with any other foods. The highlight of our meal was the paella which was exquisitely creamy with a strong fresh seafood aroma. We had to wait 45 minutes for it but in the end we all considered it worthwhile. We also ate the fried beef, shredded pork, and the croquettes. All of which were at or near perfection. Our service from the waitress was fast and attentive. You'll need to find street parking if you drive here. Will definitely return in the future."

"What I had was a simple breakfast as it was as perfect as what my mom would have made for me. You can tell that they prepare food made with love, everything is presented quite well. The Cuban sandwich was what we came for. We had watched video after video stating that this is the best Cuban sandwich around. The public was correct! Incredible sandwich, Incredible people, incredible service."
