"Food: salad and burger were good and tasty, BUT the coke we ordered had a very wrong taste like the water in the swimming pool. So bad. Service: the waiter was kind but just that. The table was dirty, and we needed to ask for cleaning. Asked for no ice cola and they served WITH ice. Place: so noisy and dirty as well. Toilets are very uncommonly uncleaned. At the end, after 2 hours we both feel sick and diarrhea came as well. Maybe a coincidence or not… we felt something was very wrong in the coke. Sorry, but we’ll never come back again in this place."

"We were greeted by friendly staff right away. They have happy hour drinks all day every day, $2 miller lights, $4 cocktails & $5 wine, which is very impressive considering how expensive Miami can be. I was blown away by how good the drinks were! I got a happy hour Pina Colada and an espresso martini, and let me tell you, that was the best espresso martini I’ve ever had. Our server Joshua, gave top notch service!! Of all the places I’ve been to in south beach, TGI Friday’s has stood out as the best by far. 10/10 recommend, we will definitely be back!!!"

"The location is very nice. But I can say that it is the restaurant with the worst service I have ever seen in my life. Are there any managers? Nobody knows?? that the service here is terrible. You are a restaurant in the most popular location in the world and you need do better. If you require us to pay a 20% guarented service fee, you also have to provide proper service. This is not a choice, you have to. It took us 10 minutes to wait at the door for the hostess to come and seat us. It took 15-20 minutes for the waiter to come and take care of us. We ordered Cajun Shrimp Pasta with my wife. My wife's pasta was not cooked very well. The fork given to me was dirty. Even finding a waiter and waiting for a new on took time . When we told the waiter from there, he didn't bring it because it wasn't his area. I waited for the waiter who was taking care of us to come to get a new fork. Today we came to sit at the bar again, but the bartender never came. Even though I tried and asked if I could order it 2-3 times when it arrived at our location, he didn't mind and I walked out. With this understanding, nothing will come of this restaurant."

"Waiting time and service is bad, food is OK as expected for a TGI Fridays. We were waiting for 15 Min before a waiter took care to guide us to a table. Restaurant was half occupied. Then another 10 Minutes before we could place our order. The staff at this place really shows they have no motivation at all to give a good and quick service. Maybe this is because they put a green neon sticker on the check, suggesting 20% tip which most of the guest (tourists) might accept. Usually I give 20-30% for a good service, but this time I just rounded up, as they did not deserve any tip at all. Sorry guys…"

"Very sad for the place... Restaurant after 13:00 was empty but a waiter said to us we can stay outside or on the bar. All tables, according waiters were sticky and due to less personnel no possible to use. Anyway, waiter was nice but the food, beer and atmosphere were low standard. Check another places to spend you $$$....sorry"
