"I’ve visited several Cafe Americano locations and have generally had positive experiences, so I was looking forward to dining at the Ocean Drive branch. The service here was exceptional, especially due to our server, Candela, who did an amazing job. Her attentiveness and professionalism significantly enhanced our dining experience. The ambiance of the restaurant also lived up to the high standards I’ve come to expect from Cafe Americano. However, I was disappointed with the food during my recent visit. I ordered the buffalo wings, a dish I’ve enjoyed at other locations, but this time they were a letdown. The wings were dry and overcooked, to the point of being burnt, as evident in the attached picture. This was surprising and not in line with the quality I’ve experienced at other Cafe Americano restaurants. While I appreciate the excellent service provided by Candela and the pleasant atmosphere, the food quality, particularly the buffalo wings, was underwhelming. Based on this experience, I’m hesitant to recommend this specific location, especially for those who are familiar with the higher standards of other Cafe Americano establishments."

"Found this place by accident. Just walked past by and saw a lot of people. It's beside the beach and we chose to sit outside. Their dish had a big portion, even the hot tea. It's a great place for brunch, if you go visit Miami Beach, it's a great choice of dining here."

"Beautiful by the boardwalk and well-priced! Clear blue skies and palm trees in a festive ambiance. Our waitress Claudia was warm, welcoming, helpful and efficient. The food was delicious! We had tres leches french toast (to die for) and omelet and healthy juice. Beautiful fun sunny experience!"

"I had breakfast here twice bc I really liked it. The breakfast was great and the service was nice. I liked more the first time that the second. I recommend tres leches french toast (DELICIOUS), pancakes and blueberry granola bowl. Also we went with our kitty and nobody told us nothing something love it!"

"Pretty good dining experience. I liked the music and relaxed atmosphere. The food and drinks were good. I particularly liked the chicken Parmesan. Our server disappeared for a long time, maybe 30 minutes, and I had to grab a different server to find her so we could pay the tab. Aside from that it was a nice place"
