"Morton’s in Aventura exceeded all my expectations. The food, especially the steak, was absolutely delicious this time around, far surpassing my previous experience. The service was top-notch as always, and the fine dining atmosphere added to the overall experience. While it may not be the most budget-friendly option, the quality of the steaks and sides is unmatched. Despite the higher prices, the experience, paired with the impeccable service, makes it well worth it. Highly recommended for steak enthusiasts looking for a premium dining experience."

"An international group that I belong to was hosting an event at Morton's. We had events here before. Our group was around 25 people. I thought it was a great place to have it. The happy hour menu is great. I had the onion rings and sliders and loved it. One thing about this restaurant is that they do know how to cook meat. I think this is also the reason we kept coming back. The problem started when one of the members wanted to pay for the check. She was told she couldn't. Because it was a group, they put everything in one check. That was unexpected. We had hosted events here before and we each paid individually. I feel the waitress should have said something to us when she took our order. The customer service changed after that. The waitress did not want to talk about this matter. To get her attention was hard. At this point, some of us who had cash just wanted to know the cost of our meal to get the cash-out. She was not approachable. The police was called. How embarrassing was that. To my knowledge, no one refused to pay. We had one huge bill for twenty-something people, one bill to look at. Can you imagine the uncomfortable situation. It did take time to try to figure out who had what. What a mess that was. On top of that, we were charged a group fee that each of us had to figure out I am upset with the way this company handled the situation. To involve the police after such a short time of talking to the manager was not right. Shame on you Morton's Stake House that was not good customer service. That's not the way you treat repeating customers"

"I came for the happy hour with a loosely associated group of local professionals who live in Aventura and the surrounding area. The various people arrived separately over a one hour period and ordered at the bar or bar tables as they arrived, starting their separate tabs. When the waitress decided there were too many of us, she decided to combine all orders onto one check. Most of us don’t know the others and she refused to let us pay separately for what we ordered. Her manager was unhelpful and decided to call the police on us various doctors, lawyers , bankers and other professionals. The police arranged for a compromise and the matter was settled, but, omg, what a way to treat your local professional customers who would have spent way more had we not been treated so poorly."

"first time at Morton’s and it was definitely a five star experience! I treated my nephew for his birthday since he specifically wanted to try Wagyu steak, and this place was closeby and the perfect choice! Service was excellent and extremely quick, food was cooked beautifully, the ambience was wonderful. The special touches of “Happy Birthday” on our menus, complimentary dessert, AND the complimentary *printed* photo the hostess took of us with his sundae….I’ve never experienced service like that and he truly felt so special which was the goal. Mission accomplished, Morton’s! Thank you so much for the incredible experience! We’re going to make this an annual occasion now, and I will notify everyone I know to dine at Morton’s to truly feel special."

"So my boyfriend brought me here for my birthday it was my first time and I must say I was impressed. The food was delicious. The drinks were a little on the strong side for me but not bad at all. This place has the best steak iv ever had,cooked and seasoned perfectly. The crab cakes were delicious. The only negative was that we made reservations for 8 pm, and we got there a few minutes after and had to wait for our table. Besides that, we had a great experience. Everything we ate was 5 star delicious"
