"Best food experience ever! We almost canceled because my wife isn't ready to do raw fish yet, but they accommodated her and it made for a great experience for our anniversary. The dishes kept getting better and chef Jeff, Jordan and team were top tier professional and entertaining. 10/10 would recommend."

"12 courses for $60 was a winner. The speed and time limit were forgiven based on the value. Now that they raised price to $100, this restaurant isn’t worth it. Back when Sushi by Bou was only a few locations, it was great. As they scale, what made them special is being diluted. Pros: fresh fish, kind staff, food tastes good (but not incredible), loud music. You leave satiated but not full after 12 courses. Cons: this location lost their liquor license (BYOB only), price is now $100pp for 12 courses, capped at 1 hour. Doesn’t feel upscale. It was also awkward that we were the only customers in the restaurant the whole time (we did have an early for Miami 6pm res). Was in & out in 45 minutes. Why rush us when there is no one else here? At the end of meal, had to walk up to hostess and pay (as if you were at a Diner). With receipt, was given card to advertise their new location opening in Miami - they are still passing out with the old $60 pricing. Don’t you think it’s time to update that?"

"This is definitely a new hot spot in Brickell! Perfect spot for date night, girls night out or even just a small group of friends! The service was elite and definitely made sure my dinner party had an incredible experience! The chefs were so friendly and deface full details of each piece that we ate! I will 100% be returning back to Sushi by Bou!"

"First time at sushi by bou in Brickell. I have been to the Fort Lauderdale location so I was expecting a fun and outrageously delicious omakase with one of their chefs when we arrived. Congrats to the chefs at this location for providing a fun night beautifully paired with specialty cocktails like the smoky El coyote and the bourbon honey bee and their 12 course omakase. Omakase included pieces you would expect like toro, scallop, hamachi etc but the way that these chefs pair the accents to these little delicious pillows of rice and fish was amazing. Each bite was heaven. If you're looking to spend an hour sitting with one of their great chefs with some cocktails and some of the best sushi in Miami stop by and enjoy! Oh and of course expect to listen to some throwback music that def adds to an already cool dining experience."
