The bathrooms were closed, which was inconvenient, and the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful when I asked for assistance, the cashier told me they will remain closed for a couple of hours due to cleaning?! how long does it take to clean a bathroom in this particular location? bc in others takes 5-10 max .To make matters worse, the security guard was hostile and threatening when they saw me taking a photo. They demanded that I delete the picture and threatened to physically remove me from the premises if I took another one. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and made me feel unwelcome. I've had great experiences at Wawa in the past, but this visit fell short in every way. I hope they address these issues to improve the customer experience.""

"I don't know why anyone would go to this wawa. The employees are rude. The bathrooms are locked, and when you ask for them to be opened, the security guard yelled at me because you're not a customer. He also demanded to know who told him he could open the door. I was a customer, but damn if I was getting coffee before I went and took a leak so I ended up taking the leak, and then I went to buy my coffee. They don't have the cups out for iced coffee. They have them hidden behind the counter. And there was a big line at the counter, so I said screw it and walked out the door. I will never go to this wawa again. Now, to be clear, this is not a typical wawa experience; it is just this location"

"I am a fan of wawa gas stations. This particular wawa is really busy. I went just to put air in my tire (the air machines are free). I also picked up some snacks, highly recommended."
