"The new manager/management is horrible, expecting you to speak Spanish is ridiculous, ! She speaks Spanish to you and when you tell her you do not understand she is speaking to curse you in her language! I do no respect this environment any longer as I tolerated this behavior for months! I have been coming to this location for years! Very disappointing! When you call before coming there is NEVER AN ANSWER!"

"I was the second person there when I entered. Noone acknowledged me. They were all in the back working. The wait was short though and my hot and ready was ready as soon as I ordered."

"Probably one of the most incompetent locations in the history of the Little Caesars franchise, hands down! They will charge you for a stuffed pizza (see pics) but then box and deliver the regular unstuffed pizza or they'll cancel your order 20 minutes prior to scheduled delivery without warning after you have already been charged. The cancelled order was for a school pizza party and I did not get a call nor any refund, but only disappointed fifth graders prior to Christmas break. Since this location does not pick up the phone, you'll have to go through your bank to dispute the charges for services/products not delivered. If you can pick up your order or even better, order from another location that would limit the risk because you cannot rely on this particular location in fulfilling your order. Welcome to the new horrible American disservice in Miami."

"Place needs new managers. Every time I place an order it’s never on time I placed on an hour ago and it’s still not ready. They never update the app to let u know it’s ready. Pizza is never in the online order pickup place so pizza gets cold. Also ask for BBQ WINGS…. They put a small drop on my wings."

"Ordered a very sad looking Extramostbestest cheese pizza yesterday 9/19 @ 8:45pm and it had no sauce and a sprinkle of cheese. Long story short, it was dry and inedible - and ultimately, ended up in the trash. I do not recommend ordering from this location."
