"A group of us came to Miami for a training. We came here for our lunch hour because we don’t have a Church’s Chicken back home. The cashier was rude and it was a ridiculously long wait just to get our drinks and food. Some of the chicken and fries tasted old or like they’ve been sitting out for a while. Seemed like we were a bother and they were annoyed that they actually had to do their job. If I owned this establishment, I’d fire them all and start with a brand new team."
"Didn't know Church's added Texas to their name brand. The drive thru lane was super long but the walk-up window only had 3 people. It appeared that the cashier was very friendly, quick, and willing to serve up the food with a quickness; all that definitely described the cashier. This was an all male staff tonight but they were keeping the lines moving. I was able to get in and out before the last person I would have been behind in the drive thru line. The chicken came out the fryer while I was waiting. The cashier allowed me to select my pieces. Overall I would definitely be a repeat customer in this location."
"Order my food on door dash and my dasher has been waiting over and hour for a 3 piece tender. I’m still currently waiting this is unacceptable.they never answer the phone it’s always off the hook. Workers are rude for no reason"
