"Problems with retrieving orders both in lobby or by ordering online. It's a mess,the workers there have no sense or carefully handling your order to the delivery carriers, you are extremely lucky if your Uber eats order is found, they would not make a new order for you and like to leave drivers and customers waiting to have the order canceled after more than an hour, i am still waiting for the hold on my card from last Friday's evening order that we waited for 1 hour and 35 minutes later to find out it had been cancelled becuse the staff kept telling the uber driver that my order was already picked up and refused to make the order again. The order was cancelled in the app but my money from card gone. Today is Tuesday, where is my money? Who knows? I called Uber eats and I was told that the money would be back on my card in 3 to 5 business days, cross my fingers. Hey no Micky D's for us..... Bad staffing."

"For the employee in drive thru to tell me that a 24hr Mc Donald's closes at 330am to 5am is kind of ridiculous. If this is your true hrs of operation please update the info posted on the property and online info"

"Worst location I've ever been to. Everytime I go they get my order wrong with a side of attitude. Oh and don't ask for sauce...cuz the manager threatens the employees when they give out sauces."

"I just came from here and I was so annoyed I had to write the review before I eve ate ! fyi never coming here their better at night ! I go to the drive through and no troubles i'm fine . Receiving the food is where it started ! I got the food and a few items were missing ! me being genuine and understanding since its a small mistake (I decide to go inside because I don't have time to go around the drive through ; the young lady that served me was awesome as well ) which I should've just went home . I go inside and everyone is just having a great time SOCIALIZING and I understand work is frustrating but at least do it with respect ! (if you went to get food and needed help and you get ignored and everyone there is talking about their own stuff how would you feel ? so why do it to others ??) after standing for 10 minutes and nobody said anything to me but were looking at me as if Im an alien ( since their so busy talking and laughing about last night , yes I understood ) I had to interrupt their conversation asking for help then was told " one moment " because last night conversation is more important than my child meal . One lady in a purple shirt that was the cashier is there moving sauces from left to right than left again to obviously avoid me which is why I decided to write a review ! Thank gosh a young lady was there and assisted me ( I hope she's a manager or at least get promoted to it ) thank you to that young lady !!! I got a happy meal the drink and my baby toy was missing . This whole experience was a mess ! I used to love McDonalds specially this location but I don't know what going on now !! AGAIN THANK YOU TO THE YOUNG LADIES AT THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW AND THE ONE THAT GAVE ME THE FRIES EVERYONE ELSE THERE NEEDS TO EITHER GO THROUGH TRAINING AGAIN OR JUST STAY HOME IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO THE JOB YOU APPLIED FOR !"
