"FOR $34.00 FOR 2 SUBS WITH NO EXTRAS THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. ONE PERSON WORKING COMPLAINING THE ENTIRE TIME ABOUT WHAT A BAD DAY SHE WAS HAVING. WE ORIGINALLY ORDERED DOOR DASH BUT ALMOST 2 HOURS LATER WE HAD TO CANCEL AND DRIVE THERE CAUSE ORDER WAS NOT FULFFILLED. FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY WAS NOT WORTH THE FOOD AND AGRAVATION. BUT LESSON LEARNED ALOT OF THE STORE HAVE BUY 1 GET ONE AND THIS STORE DOES NOT I THINK THEY PICK AND CHOOSE WHEN THEY HONOR IT."
"Door was open at 10:05 didn’t realize they were closed because people was in there, sitting down eating and the food assembly line not broken down yet and there was someone standing in line ordering. When I walked in one lady sitting said perfect timing … I said why you closing she said yes I said ok. While I’m STANDING IN LINE THE DISGUSTING LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER CUT THE LIGHTS OFF IN THE STORE . So I looked at her she said we’re closed … so I said “I can’t order?” She said no …. Mind you she was making a sandwich for someone in line …I will be contacting corporate in the morning this was disgusting rude and nasty service. Passed 45 mins later coming from steak and shake lights are on customers still sitting & eating. So you have selective people you allow in the store ? Ok"
"First: The male worker who said his name is "Bootswali" could be heard stacking boxes in the back when I entered. He came to the customer area, looked at me, never said a word, so I said "Good morning", still no reply as I watched him WET his hands briefly with water only, NO SOAP WAS USED! I planned to point that out before he made my sandwich. I ordered a sandwich to go, had a coupon on my hand - he quickly informed me that he does not accept coupons. I asked why, he said because of the high cost of ingredients he makes no money by accepting coupons. He went on to say: "My regular customers don't walk on here with coupons!" NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH MR. NASTY HANDS!"
"Lady did not take my Coupon, said her "machine doesn't take coupons" Talked to herself loudly too while making my 6" & while i was walking out. Total nut."
"The guy had a hearing problem. I asked him for a drink and he never gave it to me. Also, Jersey Mike's is better than Subway in terms of quality."
