Astrid makes it for a last, amenable and professional impression at the drive-thru.They are truly customer-satisfaction driven. They convey how welcome you are whether at the store or the drive-thru and go out on a limb so you leave with a good experience."
"The food was good. I ordered yellow rice and got white instead. It could've been warmer. The drink carrier was broken and the lady that gave me the drinks said she didn't know why the drinks were shaking. Because the carrier was ripped. She couldn't figure that out. Other than that everything was fine."

"This was my very first time eating in a Pollo Tropical Restaurant and it was so delightful. The establishment was very clean and it wasn't crowded either. My two spiritual daughters had to pick me up from a doctor appt and bcuz I hadn't eaten anything all day, we stopped at.this place. They give you so much food and the food was excellent-- not seasoned too heavy and cooked to perfection. We sat and ate there, we were not rushed at all. The experience was great and I plan on going back in the very near future."
