"Good was Superb. The plate with Crunchy Fried Shrimp, Beigene Beef, Orange Chicken with Super Greens and a small dinner with Orange Chicken and fried rice. Veggie Egg Rolls were Fyah ... However the food wasnt ready (4 min wait became 10-15). The server that brought the order out was rude. The cashier clearly wrote which car was to rcv which order. White Tesla or Blk Camry... He demanded I explain the entire order in detail .. when he only had 2 orders with the associated vehicle attached to the receipt. Geesh. Guess he was having a bad day!"
"Watched the guy cooking the food (tall with a beard, 5pm on the 15th of December) keep popping food into his mouth and then handle food for customers...no washing his hands or gloves). I guess he just wanted to add a little saliva to everyone's meal. Disgusting."
"Employee said she Was the manager just blocked me on my way? N yelling and cursing something about her driveway. I told her I didn't care what they were doing in the driveway. And I'm trying to come in and get some food. She blocks my way and starts screaming for 30 seconds before moving out of the way. When I ask for a manager she says she is the manager when I ask her name. She refuses to Give her name another employee says her name is Sherri or Sharon. She then gets angry that I'm asking an employee for her name so I can leave a review and tells me she's going to call the police refusal service. I hope HR can look into this and fire this employee. I do not believe she was even really the manager."
"The only time the food comes out good is during the day. Once night time hits they are always running out of everything. Went last night and the noodles were full of veggies. Very upset because I love the noodles. Also the shrimp was so crispy it sounded like I was eating a potato chip. The egg roll was super greasy. You can tell it had been fried and just sitting there soaking up the grease. Super disappointed. Waste of money. Had to call the store multiple times just to get someone to answer. Please fix these issues."
"This location always screws up my order when it's delivered through their app. If I pick it up it's fine, if I walk in it's fine. 100% of the time when delivery is involved I'm missing entire portions of food. Tonight I was missing the orange chicken with my 3 entree plate. So I paid extra for the two entrees by default, but was served an extra side of disappointment. Seriously what kind of monster deprives a person of orange chicken."
