Burger King

"This is my first time at this location and all I can say is this is the worst Burger King I have ever been to and will not be coming here again. I ordered two spicy wraps which I eat on the regular so I was a bit shocked to see that they cut the meat in half which was a bit disappointing and as you can see below I was given the classic wrap as well which I didn’t even order but I definitely expected to see a full chicken strip not half . I’m glad someone re made it the right way but I hope this can be fixed for all the customers who orders the chicken wraps in the future . This is something I will be forwarding to higher ups because I feel you should do better with your customers."

"Short-staffed. While placing my order in the drive through lane, Burger King person shut off microphone before I could say how I wanted the food (what toppings). Quickly drove to window to correct the order, but no one opened the window, even though I beeped my car horn, multiple times. Then I had to wait for quite a while while they redid the order."

"I haven’t been to Burger King in a really long time. I was in the area decided to get breakfast. I got the croissant an egg with a coffee and it was one of the best breakfast I’ve had. Just simple, fresh, and straight to the point. It was actually really good. The croissant was so fresh. I couldn’t believe that it was better than when I go get breakfast from a diner/café. The gentleman at the window was very pleasant. I know not all the time we give great reviews but this one is definitely a positive one and a thank you to the morning shift today.!"

"Pulled this location up on my GPS as my family requested BK. My order was correct, the drive through did not take long and the food was hot and tasty. Loved the onion rings; they were cooked well and seasoned just right."

"I must say, this has to be the worst Burger King I have ever been to. I did drive through and ordered two number, ones with cheese and one with bacon and no sauces. Mind you; they had no other customers behind me. My order was made wrong. And they didn't even put the cheese. So I walked inside to correct it, and no one seemed to want to help. In the mix of having my order remade, the young lady making my food stopped to use her phone and made my order with the same gloves. On top of that, the cheese was placed on top of pickles and tomatoes, not even on my burger. And I paid for bacon and got one piece. This is crazy; what a waste of money. I didn't even eat my food because it was handled unsanitary. don't go to this store; they are very unprofessional. This was around 1 pm today; they defiantly need improvement and guidance on how to treat customers."
