"February 19 2024 @ 12:10am I’ve eaten at lemon pepper wings quite a few times and the food is pretty good. Customer service is never too great though which hence me of writing this review I just tried to make a order at 12:10 AM and a young man came on the phone started taking my order only to have this phone snatch from him by a female , who then proceeded to tell me that the store was closed and she couldn’t take my order when it clearly says that the store closes at 1 AM. I then proceeded to ask her for a manager. She tells me sorry and hangs up. This is the type of customer service that lemon Pepper provides us, I wish there was a -0 that I could give them. Needless to say that I won’t be eating there anymore."

"I got the catfish and 5 shrimp lunch special. Good deal for $7 and very delicious. The batter is perfect and fried to perfection. Love how everything was fresh. Could use some kind of yum yum sauce for the fish and shrimp tho. The drive thru process could use improvement. Overall I’m excited to try other things on their menu because they have so much to choose from. Will definitely be back."

"This is one of Miami’s top chicken eateries. I have been recommended to come here by a few friends and I’m so happy I came. With this being my first time here, all I can say is; i will be returning! Their fried chicken is solid. They sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning on it and it’s a hit! I also tried the gizzard and wings and I’m left very impressed. The wait time was the only down side. The service was lacking as it appeared they're understaffed. Overall I do recommend."

"UPDATE: They are now having shady practices. First of all, at the drive-thru you are made to pull around and wait, which is fine. What is not fine is not being given tartare sauce with your fish order and then being extorted $1 extra per. Additionally, the young man who brought the order to the car, demanded tip. If that's the order of things, just let ppl wait at the window. I've removed a star from my original review and cannot recommend going here any longer. ### Come here when clogging your arteries is not a chief concern. Everything is deep fried but tasty, how could it not be! The portions are large so sharing is encouraged if you're worried about calories but still want to eat here. All of the staples are available and the fish was flaky and moist. I did enjoy it. I would recommend getting the sauces for the wings on the side, otherwise it can be quite messy. This is the type of place where you order and pick up to take home or eat in your car. So it gets no points for atmosphere as it is non existent. Just order, pay and leave. The pricing is midrange but it's a good value because of how much you get. I could see some ppl eating some now ans saving some for later but that depends on how you reheat. If oven or airfryer, decent. If microwave, no. So if you're wanting so good old fried food, this is your spot. Hush puppies and the grouper were my favorite items. You won't be left lacking. Note: food is heavily salted. Not good if you have hypertension or HBP. Otherwise, it's a treat every blue moon. Not a lot of images for this one bc taking pictures in the car, isn't the best situation for all that food."
