"I’m not one to give such low reviews, but it gets to a point where you just can’t stay quiet. I’m a big believer in second chances, you would think new location better service, better food quality boy was I wrong. Ordered a 12 ct grilled nuggets and when I got home saw that they put an 8ct but was charged the 12 ct price. Usually I trust chick fil a because they never mess up, with this happening they have lost my trust, not just the first time this has happened either but numerous times. There is more that I would love to write about but then this would be an essay so I’ll leave it at that. I don’t think I’ll be back at this location until something changes, because right now it is not worth it."

"This place is so bad. We ordered 4 meals and they gave us 1 sauce, I repeat 1 sauce, per meal. This is ridiculous. Every time you complain there is no solution but “we will do better” this does not happen at any other chick fil a in Miami or Broward. Every time there’s an excuse. You ask for more sauces and they give you 1 more sauce. When you order online they give you the option to pick two sauces per sandwich and two sauces for fries for a medium size meal. For a large mela the app gives you 3 sauces per item. This place gives you 1 sauce only. They never follow what you ask for. I’ve complain multiple times to “supervisors” “managers” and nothing is ever done. Today I asked for the owners email, Mauricio, and they said they didn’t have it. Which is a lie. I will be contacting corporate because the decline from this location is horrendous. They need to know there is a brand new store right down the street that still gives the sauces and food as expected. The new sandwich barely had jalapeños. They are not doing anything right."
