"We have been regular customers at this locations for almost two years. During all this time we visit the bakery around 2 to 4 days per week since our office is very close to it. We have to say that he has always had a very pleasant experience. All the girls at this locations are very friendly and professionals and always ready to offer you the best experience while you order and enjoy your pastelitos and cafe con leche. They is one girl in particular that get my orders most of the time, Ailen. She has been such a great addition to this Pinecrest bakery location. Always ready to help, always with a smile amd always very sweet. Like she said to me once: if I’m going to do this job I have to enjoy it and I have to offer the best to customers. I always remember that everyday. Thanks for making our morning and days sweeter."
"We got here at 8:30pm today and wanted a cafe con Leche, and they told us they are getting ready to close and couldn't serve us a coffee. They close at 9pm. If that's the case, don't advertise open till 9pm might as well just close at 8:30pm. Also, it says inside 24 hours, but obviously, it is not."
"Horrible experience. My girlfriend ordered food and the ladies in the front got the whole order wrong. We asked them to please change it and she rolled her eyes giving us attitude. I don’t recommend coming here at all. Food was disgusting, dry and w no flavor. The service was absolutely the worst!! If they don’t know how to do their job correctly they shouldn’t be working there. Very disappointed. Never again."
"Ordered their party package and a custom cake. It was a hit! Everything was fresh and tasted fantastic. Manager Yudi was very helpful and kind. The place is very busy, but with good reason! Highly recommend!"
