"Terrible. Buses are late more often than on time. No excuse. They make kids sit on endless rides while they combine multiple routes into one bus. My kid gets home from school sometimes more than 90 minutes to two hours after school is dismissed. It is absolutely disgraceful. You need to find a way to hire and retain more bus drivers. Pay them well, and for heaven's sake TREAT THEM WITH RESPECT!"

"I consistently watch bus drivers exceed speed limits and ignoring stop signs COMPLETELY on Kilpatrick which is a very very narrow road. Ive nearly been taken out more than once. Also there is a student crossing that is marked but I've never once seen a bus stop or even slow down. I see children there daily. It's a miracle..."

"Our bus, 0910, is consistently late to our stop on the corner of Yellow Wood Place and Sweetshade Dr. For example, it has been late every day this week. Today, it is 8:22am. Our kids are to be picked up at 7:46am. The bus is still not here and school started at 8:15am. We have even had our neighborhood completely skipped by a substitute bus driver. SEVERAL calls by SEVERAL parents to the bus depot, have yielded no solution. Today I was told it would be October before there would be any permanent solution! A bus load of late children to school everyday must be very disruptive to the educational process not to mention the stress it places on working parents. Come on Sarasota, brain storm a solution!"

"These bus drivers think they own the road. These drivers speed through school zones and almost hit cars because they want to speed while everyone else is OBEYING the law. They run stop signs down side street because they think no one is around, wrong! Absolutely ridiculous! Would NEVER let my child get on a bus with these lunatic drivers. You really need to reevaluate how to teach people to drive safely. No one seems to care for the childrens safety apparently!"
