"While staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean, the food is not that good. It lacks a lot of flavor. The rice, beans, and meats are incredibly under seasoned. I also don’t like how they put your bowl together in compartments. Overall I would not get this again based on the quality severely lacking."
"My family and I will not be going back here. We have been loyal regulars for over 8 years and have dealt with the ups and downs with this restaurant but it’s gotten to the point we’re out of 5 times you go 4 are a bad experience if it’s not that what you want to eat is out of stock it’s the burrito falling apart from staff not draining properly the meats of veggies. But the straw that breaks the camels back is the fact that I was called by the manager and said thanks for your feedback and your loyalty to us and no apology for the terrible experience! WHAT IS THE POINT OF BEING LOYAL TO A COMPANY THAT IS NOT LOYAL TO ITS CUSTOMERS YOU WILL NOT GET ONE MORE PENNY OR RECOMMENDATION FROM US."
"First time eating Moe’s Southwest Grill. The food was amazing. Really impressed with the flavours, the portion size, the ingredients, the presentation and the price. We had a salad with white chicken and another salad with adobo chicken. Everything was fresh. The inside of the restaurant, where I picked up my order, was not so great. It smelled like frying oil, there were boxes cut open ready for the trash, and the bathrooms were dirty."
"This is the first time ever I can say I experienced perfection when eating somewhere. The staff is probably the most pleasant individuals I have ever interacted with when eating out. The food looks exactly and better than it does on the menu, which rarely happens. From staff to food, this has been the one to really top it. Very attentive and extremely clean place. Kudos to this team and leadership. Amazing."
