"The serving portions are so inconsistent. I feel like when the store is not profitable the managers order employees to cut the amount of food they serve. It doesn’t make any sense. And the online/mobile orders. Don’t even bother asking for extra protein. They will gladly charge you but will not give you anything extra. Enough people with eventually make the same complaint that will eventually get the attention of someone to actually do something about the scam they are running."
"This chipotle has been declining since last year and today I asked for a side of hot sauce and they only gave me a little. Crazy thing is it’s always the same rude workers that work in the afternoon that they always have an attitude doing things especially this one specific lady that works there. Really disappointed."

"I must express my fondness for dining at this establishment, but unfortunately, the Weston location leaves much to be desired. It appears that the management may be absent or on vacation, as the overall experience was quite unpleasant. The food, particularly my steak, was excessively cooked, and my table was littered with remnants of previous meals, which seemed to have been left unattended for an unknown duration. The garbage canisters were overflowing to the point where food had spilled onto the floor, creating an unsanitary and repulsive environment. Urgent attention is needed to address and rectify the issues plaguing this establishment."
