"The food was not fresh. The dining area had nothing for you to self serve other than soda machine. I had t had wendys in a very long time and this experience reminded me why. Wendys you continue to disappoint"

"We went for the fame. It's a known place and we wanted to try it. Nothing out of the ordinary. Small burgers, slightly burnt fries. Certainly not the quality expected from a famous franchise. I don't see the hype trully."

"Got there 1:30PM, one customer seems to be camping out for the day and the place is otherwise empty. Had to repeat and clarify the order a number of times. The condiment section is completely empty except for some ketchup. I asked at the counter for some salt, pepper, and napkins. The sleepy counterperson returns with salt. I ask for pepper and napkins. He returns with napkins. I ask for some pepper. He looks at me like some idiot wasting his time and finally gets some pepper. The fries were kind of old, but the rest of the foods was as should be. Don't come here for friendly, competent, interested service. I worked a bunch of fast food places in school and know these kinds of jobs aren't great, but this was ridiculous."

"I was the ONLY customer there and they still couldn’t put effort in. No napkins. No sauce for the chicken nuggets or fries. No spoon for the frosty I guess I’ll eat it with a knife thanks Wendy. I suspect they do not give out these things to cut costs and the owner knows it full well. See other reviews for a recurrent pattern."
