Body Shaping Fitness is a gym and health institution located at 1499 South McCall Road in Englewood, Florida, United States. Our goal is to provide a safe environment for individuals to achieve a healthier lifestyle. Thanks to the generous donation and installation of state-of-the-art UV light systems by Grande Aire, we are the only fitness facility in the area with this technology. The UV light system filters out 95% of airborne molds, mildew, bacteria, fungus, and viruses, without producing ozone. Additionally, it helps remove odors from the air. My daughter and myself enjoy working out and she also plays competitive volleyball so we were looking for a place to “keep her conditioned”. Body Shaping Fitness is a stellar facility and have always been very accommodating to me and my family. Nicole is super nice and very helpful. The equipment and especially the bathrooms have always been very clean and everyone picks up after themselves. I highly recommended this gym to anyone."
"Owner was very friendly & took her time to show my mom and I the facility. The studio is very clean, spacious rooms to do AB workouts, up to date equipment, and cleaning stations throughout the studio. I signed up for my membership after the tour and enjoyed running on the treadmill because it’s overlooks the water! Highly recommend."
"I rented a place for the month of March in Englewood, Florida. I joined this gym for the month and was very pleased with the group fitness classes. The instructors were very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable as I was new to a well established group of attendees.
