"We set an appointment to get a better understanding of their facial specialist program. We arrived on time just to be turned away by an extremely rude front desk receptionist named Irene. She claimed we didn’t have an appointment and the person we were supposed to meet was in a different meeting. We drove over an hour to be here. It’s one thing to overbook and forget to cancel it’s another to set the time and day to meet and forget about the appointment all together then proceed to belittle someone when they arrive. Get into another field of work Irene your clearly not a people person."

"I took the marine class and it was a waist of time. The first half of the year we did nothing but read a textbook that should have took use a few weeks to do. One of the instructor is bias towards students he likes and will give them more opportunities then others students. They claim they get you Yamaha Cert but when I went to a dealer they said that doesn't mean anything to them and they are just going to retraining me and send me to actual Yamaha school. Everyone other person I talked too says going to this school was a waist of time. They allow for students to work on boat but only students the instructor likes. They also say they will help get a job but one instructor tried and the other one could have care less about me and checks up on his favorite students. Its a waist of time and you could learn more from getting a job as a shop then here for free while building trust with that company instead of going to this."

"Absolutely terrible office support. You can never get anyone on the phone and when you leave messages saying you're interested in taking a class no one calls you back. After a few weeks of trying to get them on the phone I decided to take time off work and walk in. Very interested in obtaining my Nate certification and I'm not sure if they offer it. Nobody at the front desk could tell me and they had no counselors available to talk. They wouldn't give me an option of waiting for a counselor and when I mentioned that I couldn't get anyone on the phone the receptionist said yeah I know I'm sorry. But then gave no reason as to why no one would be answering. I was disappointed to hear this so I told the receptionist I guess I have to go look for a different college and all she could say was sorry. If you're looking for a college to go to to obtain a degree to better your life. I would suggest looking elsewhere at a college that can actually answer their phones and set up appointment times. Wish I didn't take a half a day at work to find out but I guess it's better than paying for a class and finding out that they lost your diploma somewhere along the way."
