"I had a deal buy 1 get 1 through my McDonald's app. Ordered the big mac. One big mac was kinda fresh, but the other one was hard as a rock. It's probably been sitting in the heater for 3 hours. Of course, I found this out when I got home. So, I drove back to McDonald's, each taking 10 min each way. They gave me a fresher one and it didn't take too long. I should start checking my sandwiches when I get the order to see if they are fresh."

"I feel like they on purpose deactivated the kiosko and now you gotta wait in line to order. What's the whole purpose of the kiosko? I personally like to take my time in choosing my order and not have to deal with a impatience cashier that don't know what I want and for more that I explain it don't get it on top of that you got people waiting in line."
