"Funny enough being from Switzerland , I love to watch catch clean cook on YouTube, the host of the show invites James to cook Iguana and I thought to myself this guy can cook local! Chef @Yames2 blew our minds he recommended delicious dishes and the gnocchi were Incredible. I don't know if the team is the same as 2 years ago during our last visit but would highly recommend this venue!"

"We're from out of town and we were surprised by the lack of restaurants in the area that offer seasonal upscale food. We couldn't dine out on Valentine's Day due to an emergency with our dog, so we did takeout from Sassafras. It was our best meal in 2 weeks here in Florida. Very flavorful, fresh, and inventive. And it was not much more costly compared to some less enjoyable dinners we had. Hopefully next year we can visit and dine in-person."

"We chose this establishment for a Sunday brunch, having made reservations as a precaution, although the venue was not at full capacity upon our arrival. Opting for outdoor seating to enjoy the pleasant but slightly chilly weather, we found the outdoor chairs lacking both aesthetic appeal and comfort. The availability of bottomless mimosas at an attractive price was a noteworthy feature, even though the potency may not induce a noticeable effect after four glasses due to a judicious ratio of juice to alcohol. Commencing our culinary journey with the cheddar biscuits, I highly recommend this appetizer for its delightful taste. We ventured into the classic dishes— the chicken and waffle, and the double cheeseburger. The cheeseburger stood out as delicious, a potential reason for a return visit. Regrettably, the chicken and waffle fell short; its sweetness, attributed to a maple glaze, rendered the waffle soggy, and the thinness absorbed excessive sweetness, making it challenging to consume. Additionally, the chicken, coated in a sweet maple glaze, lacked discernible flavor. Despite this, the service was commendable, and the restaurant exuded a fitting Sunday brunch ambiance. I look forward to returning to explore other offerings on the menu."

"The venue itself is super nice, modern and light. Bar set up is pretty small but good enough. We came for brunch on a Sunday and it was half way packed in the restaurant. I like that you can see the chef cook and there is an open kitchen therefore, you know exactly what you are getting and you even have options to tip chefs. The food was OK. I wouldn’t say great. The fried chicken and waffles were a solid three out of 10 there was no seasoning on the chicken which made it pretty hard to eat. The spicy maple syrup was just regular syrup. They charged $10 for two biscuits as a side which was on the expensive side and I will say the biscuits were good the onion jam that it came with was fantastic. Do I think it’s worth $10 absolutely not. For two biscuit that is kind of crazy. My husband been ordered the cheeseburger and that was cooked very well. The food came out very fast which I was surprised about. I ordered the bottomless Mimosas was underwhelmed with how they refill it. Our server seemed like she was always in a rush and running around. I never even got to tell her to take back the chicken and waffles because she would simply come and then run away very quickly. You can see the food runners working extremely hard. Overall I would give it another try. But I’m not dying to return or tell my friends bout this place. There are also no coasters so our entire table was wet and slippery because of the plastic material of the table. I found myself constantly wiping it with my own napkin."
