"The promotion said a Dolphins cup free with any large drink…. When they give me the food they said no…you have to ask at the cashier…. And the churrasco was so dry like shoes sole…. And cold…… So bad"

"I ordered a chicken bowl and the chicken was old and completely dried out. The chicken was as hard as a rock. Atleast make an attempt to microwave it so it seems fresh before dumping whatever this is in my bowl. I would give this place a 0/5 if I could."

"Should be 0!!!!!!!!! Pulled up to drive thru had an employee walk up to my open window and just STARE at me!!! That's weird and horrible customer service! After a few seconds of a stare off and me asking if I'm supposed to order with him, he said yes and asked if I needed a menu. I said no, I wasn't giving business to a place without customer service. I looked up and called the local number to speak to a manager and got a customer service person somewhere else instead. When I stated I wanted to speak with the local manager, he said they only put through commercial calls. This tells me that Pollo Tropical does not care about the single family customers. This is sad and very disappointing."

"I want my money back do not tip him do not ask for a tip before the service is done. There were no cokes in that I order.. you sent beans when I specifically said no beans, I wanted rice. All the boxes was crushed, completely crushed and Soup was open and the soup were opened annd completely spilled all over the plastic bag. One of the suitors completely open in the bag. When the guy arrived. He just c dropped everything and it’s all crushed. This is unacceptable do not put a tip and I’d like my money back …"

"Tried to dine in and it was one of the most disappointing experiences. The entire donning area was dirty, there was a full staff tonight and I had to clean off my own table after asking an employee to do so. Another customer came back to the counter with their order because they had a set of drive through order headphones in there bag. Overall this location is unsanitary, unorganized, and very immature staff."
